On June 1, 2024, at NOLA River Fest, Louisiana Lt. Governor Billy Nungesser put pen to paper — naming Blue Plate® Mayonnaise the one and only Official Mayonnaise of Po-Boys. The brand takes its name from the beloved “Willow Ware” plate: a symbol of home, family, and the simple pleasure of good cooking.
